Responsibility

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the 'Healthier SG' care protocols tailored for the Balinese community.
  • Engage and collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of care protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care protocols through data analysis and feedback from healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Develop training programs and resources to educate healthcare teams on new protocols and best practices.
  • Identify gaps in current healthcare delivery and propose innovative solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated on global healthcare trends and integrating relevant advancements into local protocols.
  • Prepare and present reports on protocol performance and impact to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, protocol development, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with healthcare providers and government agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in training and educating healthcare teams on new protocols and procedures.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.
