Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects for banking and financial services clients, focusing on Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Core Banking systems.
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps to modernize legacy infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scopes, and deliver scalable fintech solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud computing) into financial services platforms.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and external vendors, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial technology.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international banking standards (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, PCI-DSS).
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in banking/financial services technology, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE).
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamâs banking sector and familiarity with Indonesiaâs financial services landscape.
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation projects, including cloud migration, API integrations, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, AML, KYC) and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or AWS/Azure are a plus.
