  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, providing insights on industry trends and SAP solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of advisory services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve advisory services and processes.
  • Represent SAP at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer advisory, consulting, or solution architecture roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving customer success in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of SAP solutions and their application in various industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
