Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of customer advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategic customer advisory frameworks tailored to the Southeast Asia market.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer advisory initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive customer success by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution optimization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, providing insights on industry trends and SAP solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of advisory services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve advisory services and processes.
- Represent SAP at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer advisory, consulting, or solution architecture roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving customer success in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of SAP solutions and their application in various industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or a similar emerging market is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
