As a Management Trainee, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop leadership and management skills.
- Work closely with the management team to learn about inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff members to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Japanese restaurant, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to one of our locations in Bali.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
