Responsibility

  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop leadership and management skills.
  • Work closely with the management team to learn about inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior staff members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and set personal development goals.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Japanese restaurant, is a plus.
