Responsibility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all common areas, guest rooms, and facilities to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including seating areas, glass doors, windows, and handrails.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and decor to ensure a polished and welcoming appearance.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins regularly, adhering to waste management protocols.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with property and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality roles (preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury properties).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment use.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
