Responsibility

  • Assist in daily F&B operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas, events, and functions.
  • Support the F&B team in delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of F&B areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage spaces.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring usage, and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality roles (entry-level candidates with a strong passion for service will be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and guest relations.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the role.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 15 kg.
  • Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for international candidates).
