Responsibility
- Participate in a structured 12-18 month rotational program across multiple hospitality departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales).
- Assist in daily operations while shadowing senior managers to understand leadership decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices in service excellence.
- Support cross-functional projects, including event planning, guest experience enhancements, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and present business reports, analyzing performance metrics and proposing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Attend leadership workshops, training sessions, and industry networking events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in hospitality preferred).
