Responsibility

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and operational protocols.
  • Support training and development initiatives for team members to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to food safety, incident logs, and operational metrics.
  • Uphold the company’s brand values by delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving escalations professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong leadership potential with excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
