Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and operational protocols.
- Support training and development initiatives for team members to enhance performance and service quality.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to food safety, incident logs, and operational metrics.
- Uphold the companyâs brand values by delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving escalations professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-first mindset.
