Responsibility
- Participate in a structured 24-month rotation program across multiple departments (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present business improvement proposals to senior management.
- Shadow and learn from industry leaders through mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Support daily operational tasks while identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership potential through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
