As a Management Trainee, you will be at the forefront of ensuring food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met across our stores. You’ll gain hands-on experience in daily store operations, team leadership, and operational excellence while working in one of Bali’s most vibrant regions—Badung, covering areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee and support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff coordination.
- Assist in training and developing team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation, presentation, and customer service to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional activities, sales targets, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and compliance audits.
- Act as a role model for customer service excellence, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for the food service and hospitality industry with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or local regulations) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or local dialects is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
