Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure all safety procedures and equipment checks are followed meticulously.
- Monitor climbing activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations on how to use climbing equipment.
- Assist guests with harnessing and other safety gear.
- Maintain a clean and organized climbing area.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about park activities and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and first aid is beneficial.
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
