Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs in assigned areas to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service optimization.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high hygiene and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in leadership training modules to develop management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Support the development and execution of local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive work culture by mentoring staff and promoting teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to the full duration of the training program.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-first mindset.
