Responsibility
- Implement and monitor Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food handling, service standards, and workplace safety.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Participate in leadership training programs to enhance managerial and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in food service or retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a full-time training program.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
