Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and operational protocols.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold Jollibee’s service excellence and brand values.
- Analyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and cost control.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents, and compliance for senior management review.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support business expansion and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO) is advantageous.
