Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market reach in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve sales performance.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
