Location: Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to enhance facility reliability and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance systems, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Support the management of facility assets, including equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
- Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to track KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
