Responsibility
- Assist the Maintenance Head in daily engineering tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the development and testing of prototypes for new sports manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in mechanical systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other technical drafting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
