Responsibility
- Participate in a structured management training program to develop leadership and operational skills
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize restaurant performance and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience
- Support training and development initiatives for crew members to enhance team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong leadership potential and a passion for people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic understanding of financial and operational metrics (preferred but not required)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
