Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve profitability targets.
  • Uphold and enhance brand standards, ensuring compliance with Crown Regency’s service excellence protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, tourism boards, and corporate partners.
  • Drive innovative guest experiences, including personalized services, loyalty programs, and sustainable initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health/safety standards, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role at a 4- or 5-star property.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction scores.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including revenue management, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
  • Experience working in international or resort destinations, with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
