Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve profitability targets.
- Uphold and enhance brand standards, ensuring compliance with Crown Regencyās service excellence protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, tourism boards, and corporate partners.
- Drive innovative guest experiences, including personalized services, loyalty programs, and sustainable initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health/safety standards, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role at a 4- or 5-star property.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction scores.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, including revenue management, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Experience working in international or resort destinations, with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
