Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Support management in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Uphold Michelin standards in service quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Participate in strategic planning for promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
