Responsibility
- Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments to gain comprehensive business exposure and hands-on experience.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for efficiency enhancements and cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in leadership training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop essential management skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in leadership and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to a dynamic and multicultural work environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in administration, operations, or management is a plus but not required.
