Responsibility
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth production processes.
- Coordinate and manage shift schedules for frontline workers.
- Oversee and mentor frontline workers to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and managers to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and workforce performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop leadership and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead frontline workers.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or project experience in industrial engineering is a plus.
