Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Support the management team in supervising staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality service.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns or feedback.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship from experienced managers.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide input on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
