Responsibility
- Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Drive sales through upselling and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality or retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus.
