Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all operational areas, including kitchens, dining spaces, and restrooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment, furniture, and dining areas for daily operations and special events.
- Support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring the availability of utensils, ingredients, and supplies, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of cleaning supplies, disposables, and other essential items to prevent shortages during service hours.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs, providing assistance to team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including waste management, recycling, and sustainability practices.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor for immediate resolution.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, F&B, or customer service industry.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 15 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other local dialects) are a plus.
