Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor baristas and staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, cash reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Implement promotional strategies and upsell techniques to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality, retail, or F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software, MS Office).
