Responsibility

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the management team to train, mentor, and develop crew members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Assist in managing financial performance by controlling costs, optimizing resources, and driving profitability.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in restaurant operations, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
