Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations, retail, or customer service (prior leadership experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
