Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in leadership training modules, including conflict resolution, team management, and financial acumen.
- Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance service delivery.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, upholding brand values and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or retail management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a full-time training program.
