Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Support the management team in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Train and mentor new hires, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance brand reputation.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including promotions and local community engagement.
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome!).
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if applicable) and commit to the training program duration.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
