Responsibility

  • Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the management team in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
  • Train and mentor new hires, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance brand reputation.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including promotions and local community engagement.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome!).
  • Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
