Responsibility
- Welcome and assist travelers with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing information and guidance.
- Serve as a point of contact for passenger inquiries, including flight details, airport facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with airport staff, airlines, and service providers to ensure seamless passenger experiences.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues as needed.
- Promote airport services, amenities, and local tourism offerings to enhance visitor satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in assigned areas of the airport.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including families, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on airport procedures and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours.
- Knowledge of airport operations or willingness to learn.
