Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff members.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
- Represent the brand at local events and promotions to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Passion for fashion and retail with a keen interest in industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
