Responsibility
- Complete rotational training across front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Assist in daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and guest service standards.
- Shadow and support department heads to understand P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Lead small projects to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, or team productivity.
- Participate in leadership workshops focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and team motivation.
- Uphold brand standards for hygiene, safety, and service excellence in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional events or seasonal menus.
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance operational workflows or guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of F&B operations or a passion for the industry.
- Leadership potential demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, or work experiences.
- Adaptability to cultural diversity in a multinational team.
- Willingness to relocate within Bali or other Hey Rocket locations for training.
