Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support the management team in training and supervising staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to maintain stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
