Responsibility
- Implement and monitor Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs in accordance with company and local regulations.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support training and development initiatives for restaurant staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Analyze operational data and provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and special events.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in leadership development programs and workshops to build managerial skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
