Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Shadow and learn from senior managers to understand business strategies, financial planning, and customer service standards.
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, or team management is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and commit to the training program duration.
