Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Support the management team in supervising staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Participate in financial tasks such as cash handling, sales reporting, and budget tracking.
- Help implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles is a plus.
