Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Support the Salon Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and maintain organized stock records.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including promotions, social media campaigns, and client retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols in all salon areas.
- Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, sales reporting, and budget tracking.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, or retail management is a plus.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in team coordination or project management (academic or professional).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with POS systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
