Responsibility

  • Assist in the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Support the Salon Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and maintain organized stock records.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including promotions, social media campaigns, and client retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols in all salon areas.
  • Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, sales reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, or retail management is a plus.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in team coordination or project management (academic or professional).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
