Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and guest engagement.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a multicultural F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage supplier relationships to maintain profitability and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with resort policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly to enhance guest loyalty and reputation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales forecasts, budgeting, and P&L statements for F&B operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role, preferably in a luxury resort, hotel, or high-end restaurant.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and revenue growth in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory management, and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote island environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in F&B operations is an advantage.
