Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
