Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient service to customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including dining areas, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with cash handling and POS operations, processing payments and managing transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Engage with customers proactively, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Support promotional activities and special event setups as directed by management.
Qualifications
