Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Support the management team in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in supply ordering to maintain optimal stock.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance guest experience.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome!).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, or restaurant operations is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training and commit to long-term career growth.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Open to relocation to Bali (if applicable).
