Responsibility
- Participate in all-around operational training, including store management, food safety standards, and service protocols.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate service crews to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock replenishment to avoid wastage.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government health regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in student organizations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible with shift schedules.
