Responsibility

  • Participate in all-around operational training, including store management, food safety standards, and service protocols.
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations to ensure high levels of productivity.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service crews to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock replenishment to avoid wastage.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government health regulations, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
