Responsibility
- Participate in a structured job rotation program across retail operations, logistics, and store management.
- Assist store managers in daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and financial reporting.
- Analyze store performance data to improve sales efficiency and operational workflows.
- Lead and motivate store teams to meet and exceed service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the retail industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn the retail business from the ground up.
