Responsibility
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data management.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for real-time business insights.
- Oversee the integration of MIS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Mentor and train team members on MIS best practices, data analysis techniques, and reporting tools.
- Conduct regular audits of data systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in data management, analytics, and business intelligence to drive continuous innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS, data management, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in database management (SQL, NoSQL), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP, CBIP) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
