Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and software applications as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the IT ticketing system.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees, including setting up accounts, access permissions, and equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system updates to enhance security and performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking principles.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (on-site/hybrid as required).
