As an SAP FI/CO Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial and management accounting processes within SAP. You will troubleshoot issues, provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP FI/CO functionalities. Responsibility
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP FI/CO modules, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Monitor and maintain SAP FI/CO processes to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP FI/CO functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Document support procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articles for internal reference.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FI/CO transactions and best practices.
- Work closely with SAP developers and consultants to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies within the SAP environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO support or implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP transactions, reports, and integrations.
- Experience with SAP configuration, user roles, and authorization management.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
