As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our System Application Software and IT Operations to ensure seamless delivery of support services. Responsibility
- Support and maintain all System Application Software to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor and manage IT Operations, including servers, networks, and databases, to guarantee system reliability.
- Develop and implement MIS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and recommend IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for backup, recovery, and access control.
- Assist in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new software and hardware solutions.
- Document IT processes, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS, IT support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, network administration, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations is a plus.
