Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for Salesforce development teams.
- Coordinate technical project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize backlog items.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations to align with business objectives.
- Document technical specifications, user stories, and project updates for transparency and stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and Scrum methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project metrics and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Salesforce Administrator/Developer (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, flows, and Lightning components.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
