Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide IT integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex IT systems, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions.
- Establish and enforce IT standards, principles, and best practices to ensure system interoperability and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on system integration, data migration, and API management.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and security.
- Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on system integration and enterprise solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing integration frameworks, such as SOA, microservices, and ESB.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid architectures.
- Experience with API management, data modeling, and enterprise service buses (ESB).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications in TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
